Refund policy
AGRI AERIAL DRONES LIMITED – Comprehensive Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: September 17th, 2025
This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all transactions between AGRI AERIAL DRONES LIMITED (“Company,” “we,” “our”) and any purchaser (“Customer”).
By purchasing any goods or services (“Products”), the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope and General Conditions
1.1 All sales are final except where expressly required by applicable law or where the Company, in its sole discretion, determines that a Product is defective upon delivery.
1.2 A Product is deemed defective only if it fails to materially conform to its published specifications at the time of delivery.
2. Customer Obligations
2.1 The Customer shall carefully review and follow all written instructions, documentation, and requirements relating to installation, calibration, configuration, operation, and maintenance.
2.2 The Company shall have no liability for loss, damage, or malfunction caused by:
failure to follow instructions or documentation,
improper setup or calibration,
negligent handling, misuse, or unauthorized modification,
operation in conditions outside recommended parameters.
3. External Factors & Compatibility
3.1 The Company makes no representation or warranty as to compatibility with any third-party equipment, software, or regulatory environment.
3.2 The Company shall not be responsible for limitations or restrictions arising from:
geo-fencing, geo-location controls, or other access restrictions imposed by a manufacturer or third party,
regulatory, governmental, or agency actions (including but not limited to aviation, transportation, trade, or technology regulators),
changes in geopolitical, economic, or trade policy that affect the ability to operate, register, or use any Product.
Such external limitations shall not constitute a defect and shall not provide grounds for return, refund, or cancellation.
4. Eligibility for Return
4.1 A request for return or refund must:
be submitted in writing to sales@agriaerialdrones.com within seven (7) calendar days of delivery;
relate only to Products that are unused, unassembled, and returned in their original unopened packaging with all accessories and documentation;
include photographic or video evidence supporting the claim.
4.2 The Company may reject any request not meeting these conditions, in its sole discretion.
5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
No return or refund will be accepted for:
Products that have been opened, activated, or removed from original condition;
Consumables or perishable components once opened;
6. Costs and Deductions
6.1 Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a minimum twenty percent (20%) restocking fee of the Product’s original purchase price.
6.2 Outbound Shipping & Handling: Original shipping, handling, and insurance costs are non-refundable.
6.3 Return Shipping: The Customer shall prepay all return shipping, insurance, and tracking charges.
6.4 Customs/Duties/Service Charges: All import/export duties, brokerage fees, customs clearance costs, and other related charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer and are not reimbursable.
6.5 Refund Calculation: Refunds, if approved, are issued only on the net merchandise price, less all applicable deductions, fees, and charges.
7. Inspection & Refund Timing
7.1 Returned Products are subject to inspection and functional verification.
7.2 Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within thirty (30) business days of receipt.
7.3 The Company may reduce or deny a refund if the Product shows use, damage, improper calibration, or missing components.
8. Exchanges
The Company does not provide exchanges. Customers seeking alternative Products must place a new order.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Customer for the Product, less applicable deductions.
Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages caused by customer
By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to this Policy in its entirety.
This Policy supersedes all prior or contemporaneous statements or representations, whether oral or written.
